Yerba Mates Book

For Yerba Mates, David Uzochukwu spent four weeks on the road with Little Dragon to create his version of classic concert tour photography. The result is this lush scrapbook of moods and moments with the band on and in between stages. Each photograph – from the loudest performance shot to fraught moments backstage to downtime in anonymous spaces – communicates the thrill, exhaustion and the band’s utter devotion to the music. With the photographs in Yerba Mates, David is not trying to construct idols, but create an honest reflection.
