Shipping Times:

Kindly allow 10-20 working days from the shipping date for deliveries to reach your destination. In the unlikely occasion the product you ordered is not in stock, there could be a few days in between the placement of the order and the shipping date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

All Little Dragon orders are shipped from Burgess Hill, UK, via Royal Mail. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the destination.

To find out the cost of shipping for your order, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will automatically update in your order total before you enter your payment information.

For all destinations outside the UK, customers may incur import and duty taxes, which vary by country. Little Dragon has no control over these charges. If you need to pay import or duty taxes, the shipping service will contact you directly, and the order will not be released until payment is made. Please check with your local customs office for details about any additional charges.

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, multiple failed attempts to contact the customer, or any other reason, Little Dragon is not responsible for the cost of return shipping fees charged by the courier.

Additionally, Little Dragon is not responsible for the cost of reshipping merchandise to the customer. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the package due to failed delivery.

Little Dragon is not liable for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or issues related to the courier, including customs clearance delays. We are also not responsible for the theft of packages.
